Golden Cycles Research is a trading name of Quantitative Research, LLC, a limited liability company organized in Florida, United States. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean that company.

These terms cover everything we operate: the websites at goldencyclesresearch.com, goldenterminal.com, supercycletrader.com and sectorcycleradar.com, the SuperCycle Trader and Sector Cycle Radar newsletters, and the Golden Terminal application. Charges on your card statement may appear under either Golden Cycles Research or Quantitative Research, LLC.
By using any of our sites or services, or by subscribing to any plan, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the services.
We are an independent research publisher. We produce written market analysis, and we operate a web-based market-data terminal for individual investors. We sell information services only. We do not manage money, hold client funds, execute trades, or act as a broker-dealer or a registered investment adviser.
SuperCycle Trader covers the commodity supercycle. Sector Cycle Radar covers rotation across the eleven S&P sectors. Both have a free tier delivered by email, and you can unsubscribe from either at any time using the link in the footer of every issue.
The Golden Terminal is a browser-based dashboard showing charts, cycle indicators, our S&P Risk Rating and Supercycle Score, a stock lookup, and our 67 Power Dominators list. It is offered on a free tier and on two paid subscription tiers:

Prices are in US dollars and exclude any tax that may apply. Features described as “coming soon” are statements of intent rather than commitments — please do not subscribe on the strength of a feature that is not yet live.
You sign in with your email address and a six-digit code we send to it. Access therefore depends on your continued control of that inbox — keep it secure, and tell us promptly if you believe someone else has got into it.
Your account is for you. Please do not share your access, and do not use automated tools to pull data out of the terminal in bulk. We may suspend or close an account that is being shared, resold, or used to scrape the service.
You may close your account at any time by emailing us.
Payments are processed by Stripe. You enter your card details on Stripe's own secure checkout page; we never see or store your full card number.
Paid plans renew automatically. A monthly plan renews every month and an annual plan renews every year, at the price then shown for your plan, using the payment method on file, until you cancel. Your first charge is taken when you subscribe.
If a payment fails, we may retry it and may suspend paid features until it succeeds. If we change the price of a plan, we will tell you by email before the change affects you, and you will always have the chance to cancel first rather than be charged the new amount.
You can cancel at any time. Email support@goldencyclesresearch.com and we will cancel the subscription, or use the billing link in your account.
When you cancel, the subscription stops renewing and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. A monthly subscriber who cancels mid-month keeps access to the end of that month; an annual subscriber who cancels keeps access to the end of that year.
We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods, or for periods you have paid for but not used. Because you can cancel at any time and access continues to the end of the paid period, cancelling immediately after a renewal charge stops all future charges but does not reverse the one just taken.
That is the policy, but it is not the whole story: if you were charged in error, charged twice, charged after cancelling, or something went materially wrong, write to us and we will put it right. We would rather refund a genuine mistake than argue about it.
Nothing here limits any right to a refund you have under applicable law.
Everything we publish is for informational and educational purposes only. It is not personalized investment, legal, financial or tax advice, and it is not a recommendation or solicitation to buy or sell any security or other instrument.
We do not know your circumstances, your goals, your tax position or your risk tolerance, and nothing we publish is tailored to them. Our ratings, scores, indicators and cycle readings are our opinions, derived from models that can be wrong.
Trading and investing involve risk, including the loss of principal. Cycle analysis is inherently uncertain. Past performance does not guarantee future results, and no result shown or implied should be taken as typical or expected. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions, and you should consult a licensed professional before making any.
We may hold positions in securities or commodities we write about. We are not paid by any company to cover it.
Prices, fundamentals, news and other market data in the terminal come from third-party vendors, currently Financial Modeling Prep, Massive (Polygon), CoinGecko and the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis (FRED).
Market data is delayed by at least 15 minutes and is provided for information only. It is not suitable for use as a real-time trading feed, and it is not guaranteed to be accurate, complete or uninterrupted. Where the terminal labels prices “intraday”, that means updated during the trading day subject to that delay — not in real time.
Vendor feeds occasionally fail or serve stale data. The terminal is built to show the last known real value, or an explicit “unavailable”, rather than invent a number, and it marks its status as live or delayed. Even so, you should not rely on any single figure without checking it against your broker.
Gold subscribers may optionally connect a supported brokerage account so the terminal can display their holdings. That connection is provided by SnapTrade, a third-party service.
The connection is read-only: it lets us display your positions, and it cannot be used to place trades, move money, or change anything at your broker. You authenticate directly with your broker through SnapTrade, so we never receive or store your brokerage username or password.
You can disconnect at any time, from the terminal or from your broker. Connecting an account is entirely optional, and no other part of the service depends on it.
Please do not: share or resell your access; scrape, crawl or bulk-download our data or content; attempt to break, overload or probe our systems or our vendors'; redistribute our research as your own; or use the services to break the law.
We apply rate limits to our data endpoints to keep the service available for everyone. We may suspend access that threatens the stability of the service or breaches our vendors' licensing terms.
The research, indicators, scores, charts, software and text we produce belong to us and are protected by copyright. Your subscription gives you a personal, non-transferable right to read and use them; it does not transfer ownership.
Quoting us with attribution and a link is welcome. Republishing an issue wholesale, or reproducing our indicators inside another product, is not.
Market data displayed in the terminal belongs to the vendors it comes from and remains subject to their terms.
We collect the minimum we need to run the service:
We do not ask for, and have no use for, your government identifiers, your date of birth, or your financial account credentials.
Registering for the terminal subscribes you to the relevant newsletter. Every marketing email carries an unsubscribe link in its footer, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately.
We will still send the small number of emails needed to operate your account — sign-in codes, receipts, and notices about your subscription or these terms. Those are not marketing, and you cannot unsubscribe from them while you hold an account, though closing your account ends them.
Note that access to the terminal is tied to an active newsletter subscription, so fully unsubscribing may also end your terminal access.
Wherever you live, you can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it if it is wrong, or delete it and close your account. Email support@goldencyclesresearch.com and we will action it within 30 days.
If you are in California, the CCPA gives you rights to know, delete and correct, to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information, and not to be discriminated against for exercising them. We do not sell personal information. Our use of advertising cookies may count as “sharing” under that law — ask us and we will exclude you.
If you are in the UK or the European Economic Area, you additionally have rights to portability, to restrict or object to processing, and to complain to your local supervisory authority. We process your data to perform our contract with you, to comply with the law, and for our legitimate interest in running and improving the service.
Our services are operated from the United States, and using them involves transferring your information there.
Traffic to our sites is encrypted in transit. Sign-in codes are stored only as cryptographic hashes, expire after ten minutes, and can be used once. Session cookies are signed so they cannot be forged. Access to production data is limited to the people who need it.
No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee that ours is. If a breach affects your personal information, we will notify you as the law requires.
We keep your account information for as long as your account is open, and delete or anonymize it after closure, except where we are required to keep records — tax and payment records, for example, which Stripe and we retain for as long as the law requires.
The services are provided “as is”. We work hard to keep them accurate and available, but we do not warrant that they will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any data or analysis is correct.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for trading or investment losses, lost profits, or indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the services. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before it arose.
Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, in which case they apply to you only as far as the law permits. Nothing here excludes liability for fraud.
We may update these terms as the service changes. The effective date at the top always reflects the current version.
If a change materially affects your rights — a price increase, a change to the refund policy, or a new use of your data — we will email subscribers before it takes effect, so you can cancel if you disagree. Continuing to use the services after that date means you accept the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and we each consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
